With a background of Masters in Business administration and sharp and ethical business acumen, Varsha took over as Managing Director in 2019 and has since been instrumental in developing company protocols, quality, ethics and safety standards to be at par with International standard. Her executive role at Dermakraft keeps her busy with Client/ Student co-ordination, Course programming, collaborations, campaigns and as well the financial decisions. She also programs the music you may hear at the clinic and as well handpicks the chocolates you may binge upon!

Other than her executive skills at Dermakraft, her independent creative and entrepreneurial endeavors include setting up Lashcara Lash Clinic®, a dedicated Lash enhancement facility offering the latest of world trends and training in the field
